Dosbarth Gwennol
What we’re up to
Dosbarth Gwennol (Year 2) is a warm, happy and exciting place where every child is encouraged to be curious, confident and proud of their learning.
Taught by Mrs Fielding, with support from Mrs Hammond and Mrs Humphries, our children love immersing themselves in imaginative Mantle of the Expert adventures, taking on important roles, solving real-world problems and working together as a team.
Learning often takes us beyond the classroom through Forest School, where we explore nature, build resilience and develop a love of the outdoors in the beautiful Welsh countryside around Knighton. Every day in Gwennol Class is filled with discovery, creativity, laughter and memorable experiences as we learn together in the heart of Wales.
