Mantle Olympics
As part of our Mantle, we have been looking at creating some new Olympic Games that are inclusive to everyone and include a Micro:bit as part of their game. Once the games were created and instructions written, we all had a go and invited pupils from the school to have a go and review the new games.
Primary cricket tournament
We had a fantastic day at the annual primary school cricket tournament. Both teams showed great team work and ambition to use their skills learnt in school and enjoyed learning and playing the sport of cricket.
Sports ambassador club
Our new bronze sports ambassadors have been busy running their new club full of exciting games and activities!
Mabolgampau 2024!
We had a lovely sports day this year, where the Year 5 and 6 children planned a variety of events based on their work on the Olympics. Congratulations to the Purple Team ‘2024 Cup Winners’.
Ysgol Goedwig
Children in Year 2 enjoyed collecting, building and lighting their own fires. They showed great resilience and persevered well. Da iawn Pawb!
