The Animal Man / Dyn Yr Anifail

The children have had a great afternoon with the animal man. Lots of them have faced their fears and were very brave. Well done to all of the children.

The Animal Man!

Being with and touching animals reconnects us with nature!
The pupils weren’t so keen on the insects, but we need them! ‘Nature is Jenga…nature is balance!’ After a couple of minutes lots of us changed our opinion of cockroaches. We are not born afraid of spiders, we learn it.

Christmas Fair Preparation

The children have been busy glittering, painting, threading, hammering and gluing in order to prepare their wares for the Christmas Fair. We are a little excited!

Panel meeting

Today our panel received a letter of application from the Refugee Support Group requesting accommodation in our centre for Dinah and her son, Eshan. The decision panel met in the board room to consider various points, and emails were composed to deliver the decision.
Beth oedd y penderfyniad? What was the decision?

Music\Cerddoriaeth

We loved using the musical instruments to add music to the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar. We discussed the different elements of the music needed and created these elements with the percussion instruments!

Arian/Money

This week we have been learning all about money. We have been working on coin recognition, making totals and finding different ways to make values.
