Story Time

Story Inspiration – click on this link to discover the illustrations.

We’ve done this type of thing before in class. It is a great way to practice our skills learnt in Year 4 and let our creative juices flow! I’m already excited to write one.

Just choose one picture and let your imagination do all the work but just remember everything you know that makes a good story. Take inspiration from the great authors such as David Walliams, J K Rowling, Roald Dahl, Micheal Morpurgo and many more…

I look forward to reading them!

Word Aware

Word Aware challenge of the week: Create a 9 letter cube with a 9 letter word. Work out how many words you can make from it and then test your parents/carers! Can they guess the word and get as many words as you?

Good luck!
