Our mantle for this term is to be museum curators, making an exhibit about the drovers, who walked the local land hundreds of years ago to take animals to markets.

Today we watched an ‘extra’ from the film ‘Bend it Like Beckham’. The director of the film was making Aloo Gobi with her family. We used this to make our own Aloo Gobi, chapati and cucumber raita with Mrs Strong and Miss Jeakings. The class worked really well with the ingredients and utensils, and almost every bit of the food was devoured.

Year 4 have engaged in a little mindfulness in trying to improve the appearance of our playground, and have planted some more seeds in the extra plant pots- we just need to be patient now!
Schools will be fully open to primary school pupils as of the 15th of March. Well done for all your efforts through this lockdown- it hasn’t been easy for anyone but you’ve kept going!
For this lesson it would be very useful if you had a biscuit and a banana if possible. Also 3 lego bricks that look like those pictured below if possible. If you haven’t got these don’t worry you can imagine.
