A Visit from Knighton Fire Crew
A MASSIVE thank you to Knighton Fire Service who visited us today to help us understand the role of a Firefighter. We had an in-depth look into the Fire Engine and learned about the equipment and what the Firefighters use the equipment for. They told us that they don’t only put out fires, but rescue people and animals too. We also saw how far the water can squirt out of the hose! It went a very long way. We had a great afternoon!!
Diwrnod Santes Dwynwen!
We had a great afternoon learning about Santes Dwynwen. We are very that Mrs Layton baked us two yummy heart biscuits! Diolch yn fawr!!
Joe Wicks
We have enjoyed a ‘PE with Joe Wicks’ today! We found out that it is important to always do a warm up and we concentrated hard to carry out the exercises. We were very hot and tired afterwards but had lots of FUN!!

Outdoor Learning/Dysgu y tu allan
We have been using our Literacy skills (fine motor skills) in the outdoors to draw leaf outlines. We discussed the different shapes, sizes, colours and described the leaves to our friends.
